Agreement

By purchasing or using Life Manager Pro ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Software and we'll refund you within 14 days of purchase.

License

A Life Manager Pro license grants you the right to install and use the Software on the number of Macs covered by your tier (1 for Single, 3 for Family) for personal or business use. Licenses are non-transferable except in the case of replacing a Mac you previously activated, which we handle through support.

Updates

Each license includes 12 months of software updates from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the version installed at the time keeps working forever. To receive newer versions, you can renew updates for $34/yr, or not — your choice.

Free trials

The 14-day free trial provides full access to all features. Each Mac (identified by hardware UUID) is eligible for one trial. Attempting to abuse the trial system (multiple emails, key sharing, hardware spoofing) may result in trial termination without refund obligation.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@getlifemanager.com and we'll process it.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Software. Don't share license keys or attempt to circumvent license validation. Don't use the Software to violate any law, including any applicable privacy or audio recording law (including obtaining consent before recording calls in jurisdictions that require it).

Liability

The Software is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss. We strongly encourage Time Machine or another backup of your Mac.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the app or email to your purchase address.
