Within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund for any reason. No forms, no questionnaires, no negotiation. Email support@getlifemanager.com with your purchase confirmation and we'll refund you.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@getlifemanager.com from the address you used to purchase.
2. Include your license key or order number.
3. We'll process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Past 14 days, we don't issue routine refunds. If something has gone seriously wrong (a critical bug we can't fix, for example), reach out anyway — we'll make it right.

Renewals

Update renewals ($34/yr) are also covered by the 14-day refund window from the renewal date.

Trial users

The free 14-day trial doesn't involve a charge, so there's nothing to refund — if it's not for you, just don't purchase.
